If the request is accepted or rejected with justification, a response shall be provided to the applicant electronically or in writing within 30 days in accordance with the KVKK. If the request is accepted, our company shall fulfill the requirements without delay.

Fee:
If the response to the application is provided in writing, no fee shall be charged for up to 10 pages; for each page exceeding 10 pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged. If the response is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, a fee equivalent to the cost of the recording medium may be requested.
